Shipping policy
Our shipping team works hard to make sure that your plants arrive intact, and prospering. That said, the postal system can be notoriously hard on products like live plants and ceramic - so our success rate isn't perfect! If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us directly.
Typically, if your shipment arrives with a broken pot but intact plant, we are happy to ship a new pot to you free of charge, or discuss a partial refund. If your plant arrives dead or dying due to rough handling, please contact us and we will be happy to refund your order as you see fit.
